I thoroughly enjoyed my own party and did not worry about a thing. I think everyone else really had fun getting together and meeting their neighbors. Our guests raved about the hors d’oeuvres and honestly, the only reason we have anything left over is because four couples did not show. As Jeremy said, we enjoyed extra bites last night after everyone left and will again today. I cannot say enough about everyone you work with…they helped set up candles, hang wreaths and then take them down when we realized we had to rearrange the traffic flow because of a wind tunnel with the double doors open from the pool. There was so much in the curriculum, but you did an amazing job showing, explaining, demonstrating and sharing your knowledge. The gals, as I’m sure you saw and heard, were absolutely thrilled and so honored to be “behind the scenes” in Jesse’s kitchen !!

The meal was just extraordinary. Jim and I were trying to name our favorite part, but we couldn’t !! It might have been the infusion of smoked blueberry with the Duck Confit…or was it the yummy congi with hints of coconut? Jim LOVED the veal tenderloin with foie gras demi-glace & fresh pappardelle and I could not believe how incredible the Asparagus soup was !!
