We do not like to replicate menus. It is our job to keep our menus evolving and current. After selecting a date for entertaining, Chef Jesse will schedule a meeting to discuss your particular needs, logistics and menu. A number of our clients enjoy selecting their own hors d’oeuvres, which are depicted in the following link in addition to some samples of our entree work.
